Welcome to Part One of my 3-part video series all about de-cluttering and downsizing. I know a lot of you out there will be making New Year's resolutions in January and some of them may include getting more organized and going through all that "junk" once and for all.
So, I want to give you a guys a running start into the New Year and into your de-cluttering process with some of my favorite tips and tricks for downsizing. If you follow my blog regularly, you know that in 2015, I got rid of about 80% of my belongings to move into a 160 s.f. tiny house. So, trust me, I have been through this process myself! And I want you to know, that it is DEFINITELY worth it.
The freedom and excitement you will feel after you've downsized and de-cluttered is unmatched and the best part is all of the space, time, money and energy you will free up to do things that you actually enjoy!
So if you're ready to get started, let's dive into part one!
This week, I talk to you about my 5 basic rules of downsizing and de-cluttering. Now, these aren't so much specific action steps, as much as general guidelines for you to keep in mind while going through the process.
They are however, super helpful and hopefully, very motivating as you begin to realize de-cluttering doesn't have to be quite as hard as you thought!
Alright, enough chit-chat. Let's get to the good stuff! Check out the video below and good luck!
Until next time... keep your worries tiny and your dreams BIG!
