The Reason I Was Up at 1 O'Clock in the Morning Last Night...

I have always been a night owl for as long as I can remember.  I've always liked to stay up late and have always functioned better at night than I do in the morning (for real, don't even try to talk to me before 9).  

But when I ended up with advanced adrenal fatigue a few years ago and had to make a lot of lifestyle changes in order to heal my adrenals, I had to start being better about my sleep schedule.  It is important for those with weakened adrenals to be IN BED by 10 p.m. (because of our body's natural "re-setting" process), so I started making sure I went to bed right on time and would make sure to sleep in whenever possible as well (also important for healing adrenal fatigue).

I have been wanting to write a blog post on this for a long time and now I have the perfect reason to do so.  A new little miracle product I’ve found, called ORAL I.V.  But before I tell you about that, let me ask you a question.

Did you know that even those of us that eat clean can still come up short when it comes to our nutrition?  

That's because a diet that is gluten free, dairy free, sugar free and even GMO-free can still be lacking in vitamins and minerals that are essential for overall health.  Unless you're eating vegetables all day, everyday, you may still be coming up with a nutritional gap.  In fact, my naturopath told me that I need to be eating at least 7 cups of vegetables a day!  7 cups!
